i just filed my father last saturday and i am having a problem regarding affidavit of support regarding income. me and my husband cant meet the income requirements that is why i am asking my uncle to sponsor my dad... what will i do?

Your uncle will complete an I-864 as well to be the joint sponsor.

does my uncle needs to pay also the affidVit of support for my dad or just only me?

you pay for one affidavit and you send both affidavits with all the supporting evidence

It's a single $120 fee for the I-864.

Your uncle will not need to pay the fee.

I have another question. My uncle backed out for joint sponsor of my dad and I asked my cousin instead and ahe agreed but the problem is her ITR for 2013 lost, she has only 2014 and 2015... What will I do?

You cousin can contact IRS and ask for transcripts for any years they filed taxes.
