N400 Based on marriage

I will apply for naturalization in coming June, base on my marriage. My question is what documents do I need to prepare to prove that I am still living with my wife?

Hi. I sent those documents with my marriage-based application:

- copy of a marriage license

- apartment lease under both of our names

- joint taxes

- copy of the birth certificates of our children

- copy of husband's driving license

- copy of husbands naturalization certificate

I'm gonna bring all taxes, utility bills under both of our names, bank statements with our names, car insurance, health insurance. Will see what else they gonna ask.....

we sent the following:

1 - wife birth certificate copy (she is the usc)

2 - marriage certificate copy

3 - 3 year tax return transcripts with joint filing status

4 - house deed copy

5 - last month joint bank statement copy

if you have joint kids, send their birth certificate copies and you should be all set with the list here plus that.

Note the "or" so for me here's my short list:

1. Wife (USC) passport (and naturalization cert to be safe)

2. Marriage Certificate

3. Wife's divorce decree for previous marriage

4. IRS transcripts for last 3 years

From the doc:

If you are applying for naturalization on the basis of marriage to a U.S. citizen, send the following 4 items:

1 Evidence that your spouse has been a U.S. citizen for the last 3 years:
a. Birth certificate (if your spouse never lost citizenship since birth); or
b. Certificate of Naturalization; or
c. Certificate of Citizenship; or
d. The inside of the front cover and signature page of your spouse’s current U.S. passport; or e. Form FS-240, Report of Birth Abroad of a Citizen of the United States of America; and

2 Your current marriage certificate; and

3 Proof of termination of all prior marriages of your spouse (divorce decree(s), annulment(s), or death certificate(s)); and

4 Documents referring to you and your spouse:

a. Tax returns, bank accounts, leases, mortgages, or birth certificates of children; or
b. Internal Revenue Service (IRS)-certified copies of the income tax forms that you both filed for the past 3 years; or c. An IRS tax return transcript for the last 3 years.

I also included credit card statements, 401k docs showing beneficiaries listed, church tithing statements in both our names - as much as I could to show we are together and financially intermigled which USCIS seems to really care about. I try to include more than less info so they don't send an RFE
