After reaffirmed case is returned to nvc from uscis .how long does it take to process And return to embassy

Did it finally come to nvc? I know you are waiting pretty long for it.. did you got physical copy of reaffirmal?

No hardcopy yet.uscis said they mailed me one on jan13 but still no mail .so ive called again officer said call my post ofgoce.i told him to justail me another.he said by march 3 i should have it.and once its at nvc to allow 30-60 days for them to process. It,hhh at least we are closer than befor.and march 3 our 2nd wedding anniversary hh

once it will be at nvc it will take no more than 10 days, they will just send it to embassy

did they finally changed status on website too?

I hope this is true for us, website hasnt changed yet.but i was told it woulnt until the petition is sent to embassy.uscis hasnt updated either.but uscis keeps reassuring. Me its been reaffirmed and sent to nvc

I called uscis this afternoon.they told me to not depend on the status website because it doesnt always update .i told them thats to bad cuz people depend on this, like me hhh

I have a reaffirmed case too but is been with nvc since November 4th, no progress. Was told is on necessary administrative processing. I hope u hear from nvc soon.

how long did it take for your case to be reaffirmed? also did your status on uscis change to reaffirm or you just received mail copy about it? how long did it take to uscis to send it to nvc after reaffirmed?

It was actually reaffirmed dec 21 2015, but was sent to nvc on jan 13 2016, nothing has updated,4 two tier officers told me it was reaffirmed and dont understand why i havent recieved anything by mail.they sent me another notice by mail .he said i should have it by march 3, also uscis told me not to rely on the website updateing.because alot of times it wont.hhh, so 6 months it took to reaffirm.uscis recieved our case on june 10 2015

I still call uscis to see if the story is the same. Cuz i dont believe everything they say hh.and they ask me why do i call its bern sent to nvc, i tell them until i recieve a hardcopy i will call everyday.the ofgicer told me in the 27 yrs hes been with uscis he hasnt seen a file as long as ours hhh as far as calling,emails history.i told him good thats my mission !

I called uacis today tier 2 ofgicer said its been reafgirmed jan 13 th.but he sees emails sent to me by california say pending review.he said hes confused lol he said he coulnt give me a concrete answer, lol i told him the date jan 13 th and reaffirmed came from someone.not from out of thin air,lol this is why i call everyday.ill wsit til march 3 ,see if hardcopy comes in the mail. Frustrating

This is joke are you kidding me? So awfull but something weird is going on.. uscis NEVER send anoth3r notice even if its their fault you would have to request it and pay fee for another copy. Are you sure its reaffirmed? Aren5 they trying just to apologize their delay so they are keep telling its reaffirmer? I would make infopass to make sure

I wont have to pay to recieve a hardcopy.but yesterday i talk with my senators office. I told her everything and she congratulated. Me , she said it has been more than 30 days but she has seen 60 days befor nvc takes the psperwork.but shes going to call uscis today and get the answers.if its not true i want to sue uscis for this mistake and the stress its caused us.hopefully. its been reafgirmed.jan 13 reaffirmed coulnt be from thin air.im trying to stay positive.ive seen people on vj who recieved nothing also

So anybody here who has passed through this stage. Case reaffirmed and sent to the NVC. How many days does it take to be scheduled for visa appointment
