Petitioner :

Beneficiary:

Application for K-1 Visa - Proof of having met in person within the past two years

See Cover Letter : Item #5a, Photos

Please find enclosed 6 different photos of the petitioner and beneficiary together, appropriately labeled. Also enclosed are photos from screenshots from cell phone camera to prove dates.

See Cover Letter : Item #5 b, Travel Documents

  1. Photocopy of Tam Airline boarding pass stubs and bag claim check for both parties. Documentation that we sat together on October 4, 2015 on flight JJ 3585, from Rio Branco, Brazil to Brasilia, Brazil, SEATS 26A and 26B. Documentation that we sat together on another flight that day from Brasilia, Brazil to Recife, Brazil, flight JJ3860, SEATS 36A and 36B.
  1. Other half of boarding pass flight JJ3860 as listed above.
  1. Photocopy of complete Tam Airline boarding passes for both parties. Documentation that we sat near each other on October 8, 2015 on flight JJ3594 from Brasilia, Brazil to Porto Velho, Brazil . NOTE: Document was altered before photocopying in the following manner: I taped the two pieces of the boarding pass together, I also thoughtlessly wrote “Recife” on the actual boarding pass.
  1. Photocopy of Gol Airline boarding passes for both parties. Documentation that we sat together in SEATS 4A and 4B on flight G3 1318 from Rio Branco, Brazil to Manaus, Brazil on October 20, 2015. This is on the photocopy as item #2 and #3. Documentation that we sat together in SEATS 6D and 6E on flight G3 2179 on October 23, 2015 from Manaus, Brazil to Rio Branco Brazil. This is on the photocopy labeled as item #4 and #5. My apologies the item also found on this photocopy as item #1, is not legible and does not need to be considered, it is the receipt from Gol Airlines for the tickets and does have both our names at the top.

Petitioner :

Beneficiary:

Application for K-1 Visa - Additional Proof of an Ongoing Relationship

See Cover Letter : Item #10a, Cell Phone Records

See Cover Letter : Item #10 b, Hotel Receipts

Receipts from when we stayed together in Rio Branco, Brazil at the Bed and Breakfast called Jardim Tropical (Tropical Garden). We were there for three nights on September 16, 2015 and returned for another night on October 24, 2015. There is some Portuguese writing on these receipts and I didn’t have them translated, as our names are at the top, and the dates and what was purchased is written in English. The address and phone number wouldn’t change with translation. The website and reservation email at the bottom of the receipt wouldn’t change either, thus the pertinent information seems to be in English.

See Cover Letter: Item #10c, Western Union Confirmation/Pickup Notification

On January 20, 2015 I received word that XXXX father had suddenly died. In order to assist the family, which I consider my family, with expenses and as I wasn’t able to be there, I sent $500.00 via Western Union. The email I received showing xxxx had picked up the funds is included here.

I suggest reading the guides. Make sure you have everything listed there. If you do, you're good to go. Don't forget your G-1145 so that you can be notified about your case.

Also, this its not the application for a K1 visa. You need to use the proper wording throughout your package. The K1 visa application will be completed by the beneficiary after your petition has been approved and received by the embassy.

I know they will be able to get all the information but it's a bit confusing the way it is all written out. They won't deny you based on the presentation but it might be easier for them to go through your file if it's simplified a bit.

Cover letter

Payment

G-1145

I-129f

G-325a (both including pp photos):

Your birth certificate, and divorce decrees, any name change documents.

Intents to marry (both)

Proof of meeting: boarding passes, pictures, receipts... etc

If you're front-loading (suggested), you can also provide proof of your relationship.
