Hello,

In December 2015, I filled the form I-485 Application to register permanent residence or Adjust status.

Within this form I attached the expired form I-864 affidavit of support.

They request me to submit a properly completed revised and signed form I-864 in 87 days.

My question is: since now we are in 2016 which are the three most recent tax years that I have to insert in part 6 from 19.a to 19.c?

My joint sponsor didn't fill yet his tax return for 2015. Do we need it for my form? Or is it enough the tax return for 2012, 2013 and 2014 as we've done in the previous submission?

Thank you

They specifically requested that you submit it in 87 days? Meaning theywant you to wait 87 days until you re-submit, which would mean 2015 tax return would be due by then.

If the OP waits 87 days to resubmit they will be late. They have to respond within 87 days, this is normal when one gets an RFE, they give you time.

OP submit a new valid I-864, the most recent edition, make sure it has original signature and go ahead and attach 2014, 2013, and 2012 and also submit copies of 2015 W2 and if you have most recent paystubs. DO NOT WAIT 87 days to respond, the sooner your answer the better
