Verochampagne,  thank you for your responses.

 

I have another question. After I submit my paperwork, how soon can I work. More specifically. My TN status runs out early Sept 2017, I'll be submitting all my paperwork first week of July 2017. What happens in between now and my TN expiry, can I keep working at my current job? What allows me to work once my AOS is pending and my TN is expired?
