medical examination I'm big

Hello to everyone, I'm new here. I'm from Belgium and my fiancé and I we are going to start our application for K1 in May after my second visit to him.

I'm big and I was wondering if that could be a troubbel at the medical examination. Could they refuse my K1 because of that?

that's not really a problem whether you are big or small. What is important is that you don't have tuberculosis, HIV and any other viral diseases.

If I'm understanding the question correctly and by 'big' you mean overweight, then, no that should not affect your petition or medical in anyway. They cannot discriminate based on things of that nature. The medical is there to insure that you do not have any conditions that are seriously harmful to yourself and others --like TB.

***Just to clarify, I am only giving this answer based on speculation. I do not know the answer to your question 100%, but I would wager that my answer is correct!***

US population has the most obesity people so you have nothing to worry about and if that was the case that they would deny you due to your weight then it's discrimination and they wouldn't do that. ( that's purely my opinion)
