online appointment of legal capacity

Hahaha I don't know what will u answer on my friend and her husband to be , so I tried to write it here maybe one of you can able to help melody and henry for because recently they book an appointment for legal capacity but their laptop went off and didn't able to print the form with the ID ,they thought they can still able to revive it since the link is in the history but they saw its expired , and the site didn't able to book them again unless they will change or cancel the appointment the only problem is they didn't know the id on the form which is the password to cancel their appointment so they can able to book again and print the form...how they will gonna get the form with the I'd that they booked recently ?

It happened to us..but my husband was able to booked an appointment after the other one.so we booked two for the same day.i just called the usem and told them about it.and they fixed it for us.i think they just need to call the embassy.
