applying for citizenship on myself.

I'm applying for citizenship on myself, NOT with my soon to be ex US citizen husband. We're in the middle of divorce.

Any advise, any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Isn't it the you can apply from 90 days before you have been an lot for 5 years?

Have you already applied under the 3 year rule and are now divorcing?

correct, she can apply 90 days before her 5 years,

but she can[t file under the 3 year rule, she hasn't said how long she has been a lpr

I received my Green Card on 2011-06-17

So I guess I should be able to submit my N-400 on 2016-03-17, Am I correct?

if you send it even one day early, the petition will be denied because it was sent too early

Your timeline says that you are at the interview stage for citizenship so you applied under the three year rule (90 days of your three years of lpr onwards) but now you are divorcing?

I withdrawn my last application that I applied with my husband.(3 years)

I'm going to apply for it again on my own, (5 years).

I will submit the application on the last week of March, should be fine then.

Anyone who has the similar situation?

this is correct. besides i dont get all the fuss with trying to time these. just send them like.. 60 days in advance.
