I am a wife of us citizen I had my interview at Islamabad embassy on 25 Jan 2016. After interview co gives me white sheet 221g administrative process marks on it and said madam we are keeping your passport but your case will go in administrative process and didn't say anything like how long I have to wait and when I try to ask and said i have more pics of me and my husband after marrige he said no need to show them every thing is fine . I am really worried really everything is fine in my case? Plz guide me guys

Okay what will be the best time that my husband can email them a asking about my case status? Like after 45 days? And me and my husband is so tensed because people misguiding us that a white paper admin processing in Isl is given when something is wrong. Is it true?

Please do not panic lady.

Based on what I have read, the AP in Pakistan is a routine due to the high percentage of fraudulent cases, so just wait, you should be fine.

I believe that the fact they kept your passport is a good indication you will be approved.

Congratulations my friend soon you will be with your love one.. AP is normal it can take from two weeks through 8 months every case is different. Be patient the difficult part is over.

Thakyou so much for your replies and best wishes and inshaAllah I will be with my husband soon. He asked me how I met with my husband, who introduce us he asked for wedding pics too I showed the album my in-laws name where am going in USA. One thing I want to share that he asked me where you husbands works I said the name of his present company and designation not the previous one which is written on the form maybe they are verifying this thing. And co also returned my all original papers including nikkah nama nadra marriage certificate police report everything.

I got interviewed on 27th jan and same happened with me CO said everything looks fine to him but still Im in AP so thats normal and dont worry hundreds of cases are put in AP in Pakistan without mentioning any clear reason -fingers crossed.

No my status is still same it has not changed since my interview date.it is showing the message of necessary admin processing after the interview and no date change occur after it. I don't know it is something good or bad :( it means no one is working on my case :(

Hopefully your status might change this week because it takes 2-3 weeks after the interview date.. But again no one can tell the exact time so Keep calm

And yes Co kept my passport with him but returned all of my original documents..
