First off, I am sorry if this has been asked before. I did a quick search and I never found anything close to my situation.

Succinctly put, I am in the process of Adjusting my Status through marriage, I answered yes to one of the questions on I-485, I am stuck at how to explain them because it was 4 arrests, 3 were traffic related (no DUI/DWI) and 1 was theft by receiving but it was dropped in court.

Here is my timeline for the events
-2006 I was arrested because of failure to appear (speeding ticket), I posted bail and went to court and paid the fines.

-2007 Was arrested for driving without a license,no proof of insurance (I had insurance at the time but didn't have the card) I was finger printed and I posted bail, went to court showed the judge proof of insurance both charges were dropped and told me to get a license.

-2007 I bought a car but since I was in the process of moving to another state, I insured it but didn't register it since I was leaving in less than 30 days after purchase, my friend wanted to drive my car while I was gone to finalize my move to the state I now reside. So what he did was he took a license plate from his GF's car (it was dead) and put it on my car and drove it for couple days when I was gone. When I came back i drove my car and got pulled over and the officer charged me with Theft by Receiving. I went to court and told the judge what happened and showed him the proof that I was getting ready to move and whatnot, he dropped the charges and wished me good luck on my move.
-2008 When I went back to Georgia to appear in court, I was arrested for driving with expired tag, suspended license (but I never had a license in Georgia) and no proof of insurance. Went to see the judge and he sentenced me to two days in Jail ( told me I should have been more careful when I drive other people's cars) so in total I spent 1.5 days in Jail.

What I would like to know is, how will this affect my case, 2. Do I explain everything even though some of the charges were dropped?
I've not had any tickets ever since, Ive been pulled over twice since then and both times the officer run my license and never gave me a warning or anything, Also last year I applied for I-94 replacement and my CBP agent buddy told me they do run a background before issuing replacement cards, I received the card after 2 weeks or so. Also my wife works for Federal Gov and during her initial hiring process they did a background check on me and everything cleared without a hitch.

Thank you for taking your time to read and help me.
Happy Valentine's Day to you and yours.
