confused questions form DS260 online, please help !

I petition for my parent. Now I fill the form ds260 online for both of them. My questions is:

1/IS YOUR SPOUSE IMMIGRATING SAME TIME WITH U ?

Yes or No

( if they interview is approve they will Come together so I need answer yes, right? )

2/IS YOUR SPOUSE IMMIGRATING AT A LATER DATE TO JOIN YOU ?

Yes or No .

3/IS YOUR CHILD IMMIGRATING AT A LATER DATE TO JOIN YOU?

YES OR NO .

( I filed for my brother i130 and case is speeding so do I answer yes for this question? )

If ur guy know answer please help me, thanks a lot.

Sept 15th 2015 - Request help from Texas US Senator Cornyn and his team


Sept 23rd 2015 - Our case is moved from supervisor review to NVC's team for dealing with Senator requests


Nov 4th 2015 - CASE COMPLETE!!!! :dancing:

Dec 16th 2015 - Medical exam


Dec 21st 2015 - Interview


Dec 21st 2015 - 221(g) issued at interview for updated forms


Jan 13th 2016 - Mailed our reply to the 221(g) to the US Embassy, received and CEAC updated the next morning


Jan 20th 2016 - Embassy require more in-depth info on asset for i-864


Feb 1st 2016 - Sent more in-depth info on assets as requested. Received the next morning


Feb 16th 2016 - Visa has been issued :dancing: :dancing: :dancing: :dancing: :dancing:



In the US


April 5th 2016 - POE Newark. No questions asked.


April 14th 2016 - SSN received


May 10th 2016 - First day at my new job :dancing:


May 27th 2016 - Green Card received


June 7th 2016 - Got my Texas driver's license

So who exactly are you petitioning. Mom Dad. Mom and Dad?

1, You say if the parent is approved the other parent will come. Are they also immigrating? They have a Visa? How are they coming along by what means?

2. Or is their spouse coming at a later time. (how long ago did you petition your brother?)

3. If your brothers case isn't same time they he is coming later. So it's Yes

I doing paper work for my mom and dad now. They case now in NVC and I'm help them to fill DS260 online for each of them.

1/ they may interview is same time and may come to usa together.

My brother case I only got recipe for I130 only on September 2015 and not yet approve. I know need to wait for 13 year .But when I doing ds260 for my mom and my dad I got confused I need said no or yes for the question IS YOUR CHILD IMMIGRATING TO THE U.S.AT A LATER DATE TO JOIN YOU?

I think that if the brother is over 21 years old, then he is on a separate case and won't be travelling with the parents. But he WILL be immigrating at a later date. So, I would answer YES to question #3. YES to question #1; but NO to question #2.
