Hello everyone,

Has anyone gone a few weeks (months) without having your CEAC status date updated? Allow me to explain:

My fiance had his interview in Islamabad (Pakistan) on 12/16/15. He was approved :). His case changed from Immigrant to Non-Immigrant on 12/17/15. On 12/21/15, it went into AP and has been untouched ever since. Isn't the date supposed to update when your case is "touched"?

I sent an email to the embassy and got a response quickly (1/20/16), but the date hasn't changed.

My fiance was contacted by the embassy twice (1/29/16, 2/1/16) and the date still reads 12/21/15.

Is anyone even looking at his case when responding to emails or calling him? Is this normal?

Thanks!
