Timeline

My husband was found ineligible under212 (a)(9)(A)(ii)(II). He has a 10 year ban. Its been 8 years so far. We went to the Embassy the Consular reactivated his case his is now under Administrative Processing. Its been about three months under AP. I dont know the legal system that well so I wont like some advice. Thank You.

it was explained to you in your previous thread that you are not under AP, AP is for pending visas, he was denied. You are waiting for the 10 year mark so he can try for a waiver to a lifetime ban for entering without inspection. There is nothing you can do until the 10 year mark, nothing. You have asked for legal advice here more than once and no one here is qualified to do so. This is a DIY site and in previous threads you were told what you can and should do.
