I have a friend who is here on a tourist visa but she gave birth and didn't have money for hospital bill so they applied for medicaid. She said someone told her it's going to affect her AOS. Is there a way having a child with medicaid deny someone AOS?

If the system was set up properly, yes. Hope she appreciates all the people who work and pay taxes so she could come here and have a baby for free. Great country America.

You say she arrived on a tourist visa, gave birth, and now she is filing AOS?

I'm hoping that wasn't her intent when she entered!

I'm assuming she's gotten married since she arrived or she was already married before she entered?
