Hello,

Well when we filed the i864 i didn't send any supporting documents because i didn't read the instruction on the form ( which are really confusing )
I received a RFE for the form I 864 asking me to send to them my wife's ( USC) tax 1040 from 2014.
Since i didn't send nothing the first time but the RFE ask me only for the 1040, should i send them something else like W2 or it's fine what they are asking on the RFE?

They as a minimum require the most recent tax transcript which would be 2014 as of right now which is why they're only asking for that one. I would send off the IRS tax transcript as that includes everything they might want to see.

08/03/2016 - Became a Conditional Permanent Resident
05/07/2018 - ROC packet sent off

06/12/2019 - ROC approved (no RFE, no transfer, no interview)
