G325a, you have to submit one for yourself and one for your husband, one original of each is fine.

You need proof that you are a US citizen, if you were born here then your birth certificate copy is fine. If you naturalized, you must include a copy of your naturalization certificate.

I-864

- include 3 of your most recent paystubs or copies of checks

-they prefer for the employment letter to have an original signature

Other than your marriage certificate, do you have any evidence like utility bills, photos, trips together, joint bank account, etc? If you submit all this with your original package AOS, you can avoid interview, just a suggestion and sorry to make you do more work but it's worth it. Feel free to PM me for more info.

For AOS from K-1, I don't think the USC needs to fill out the G325A or prove citizenship. All of the paperwork is mainly for the one applying for AOS with the exception of the Affidavit of Support.

The USC spouse/sponsor does not include a G-325A. Only the AOS applicant requires one.

The USC spouse/sponsor also does not need to include proof of citizenship.

The only proof of marriage/relationship that is needed with the initial filing is a copy of the marriage certificate. It is not true that providing extras that are not required for the I-485 filing helps avoid an interview. What evidence is there that your statement is not false? I can say that over the years plenty of people have been approved without interview and they sent nothing more than what was required by the I-485 instructions. Who is chosen to not interview seems to be more related to backlogs at local USCIS offices, and sometimes it just seems completely random. I do not know if those with interview waivers are now getting approved any faster, but for the last couple years or so, getting an interview usually meant you received your green card faster.

other than sponsoring my husband I work in this field, I am not a lawyer so I am not giving legal advice by any means. But based on the success rate of the applications I have worked on, including helping my friends, I have observed that

submitting more evidence and providing them with information they will ask for at interview does the following things:

a) if there are no red flags the interview was avoided nearly 50%

b) in the event that the interview was scheduled it was extremely brief

I regularly communicate with USCIS staff and they do admit (off the record of course) that they like well organized applications which have the evidence laid out and their questions answered for them before they have to ask.

I am by no means saying I am an expert, I am just sharing my experience and trying to help.

And looking at the cases of people here on VJ, those adjusting from a K-1 have roughly about a 50% chance to not interview, period. Also, those adjusting from a K-1 typically have short, easy-going interviews. None of that is based on whether or not they sent in extras not required by the I-485 form instructions.

And a well organized submission is just that, well organized and containing everything required for the initial filing. A well organized submission does not mean one that included extras above and beyond what is required by the form instructions.

If people want to include extras, they can. However, telling people that including those things is what helps them avoid an interview is not a completely accurate statement. The timelines and cases here on VJ show it to be fairly random one way or the other.

Some people including extras have no interview.

Some people not including extras have no interview.

Some people including extras have an interview.

Some people including no extras have an interview.

And either way, the interviews are usually short and sweet. Some people are not even asked for those relationship proof extras at the interview.

Can somebody advise, if staples or some kind of binding is needed on any part of the packet other than the pictures in plastic bags being stapled to a piece of white paper?

Two of the six passport photos suffered a minor accident, they have a dimple from a pen falling on them in the back, do I need to get new photos?

Don't have DS-3025 Vaccination Documentation Worksheet only the I-693, I have seen both listed on some posts, Is this a must?

Thank you.

Use paperclips if you need to hold certain papers together. https://www.uscis.gov/forms/forms-and-fees/general-tips-assembling-applications-mailing

I don't think you need new photos.

If you went to a civil surgeon and received an I-693, then that supersedes the DS-3025 and the I-693 is all you need to send with your AOS submission.

"Form I-765 Instructions 11/04/15 Y Page 8
If you are mailing your application to USCIS, you must
also submit:
A copy of Form I-94, Arrival-Departure Record (front
and back), if available. If you are filing Form I-765

under the ©(9) category, Form I-94 is not required"

You do not need I-94's for the I765 OR the i-131. The I-131 doesn't explicitly state this, but it is not a required piece of evidence.
