INSTRUCTIONS FOR: Wife
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
______F - FINANCIAL EVIDENCE:______________________________________ We reviewed the Affidavit of Support documentation you sent to the National Visa Center (NVC). According to the current poverty guidelines, it does not appear you or any of your sponsors meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrant(s) for this petition. To avoid delays, you may have an additional sponsor complete an Affidavit of Support (Form I-864) and provide it to the intending immigrant to submit at their interview. At that time, a consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement.
To view the current poverty guidelines, go to http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-864P.pdf.
For tips on completing Form I-864, go to http://www.uscis.gov/forms/tips-filing-form-i-864-affidavit-support-under-section-213a-ina We reviewed your I-864, I-864EZ, I-864W or I-864A Affidavit of Support form and supporting financial documents. While we will schedule your case for an interview, either your Affidavit of Support was incomplete, some of your supporting documents were missing, or both. This could affect the Consular Officer's ability to make a decision on your case.
On the attached Affidavit of Support Assessment Letter, we have put an "X" by each item you need to correct. Go to the Department of State's website at http://nvc.state.gov/aos and follow the instructions for the Affidavit of Support form(s).
If your Affidavit of Support form(s) needs correction:  Fill out a new form(s) online.  Print, sign and send the original form(s) to the principal applicant so he or she can take them to the visa interview. Do not send the updated form(s) to the NVC.
If we are missing required supporting documents:  Send the missing documents to the principal applicant so he or she can take them to the visa interview. Do not send the documents to the NVC.
The NVC will send your case to the processing U.S. Embassy or Consulate General. Please make sure that the documents you take to your interview are in the correct order and stapled together, as stated in the I-864 Important Notice instructions. For Affidavit of Support (FAQs), go to http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/immigrant-process/documents/support/i-864-fre quently-asked-questions.html
Form I-864: Assessment Letter for______Husband_____________________________
The National Visa Center (NVC) recently reviewed your I-864 Affidavit of Support form. The Affidavit of Support form had one or more sections with missing or incorrect information or was missing required supporting documents, or both.
Please review the instructions below to complete a new Affidavit of Support form or to obtain the missing supporting documents. Send the corrected Affidavit of Support form or original documents that are missing to the principal applicant so he or she can take them to the immigrant visa interview. You should also send photocopies of the Affidavit of Support form to the principal applicant for each traveling family member to take to the visa interview. Failure to take the original documents and copies for each traveling family member to the visa interview can cause processing delays. The Consular Officer will review the corrected form and documents at the time of the interview.
You do not need to contact the NVC at this time. Also, do not send an updated I-864 Affidavit of Support form or documents to the NVC. After we schedule the immigrant visa interview, we will send you an appointment letter.
If you need a new I-864 Affidavit of Support form, you can find it at uscis.gov/forms.

why they asking me W2 because i sent them my banking statement I already sent them my tax and everything but my income did not meet minimum requirement but i sent them my 12 months of checking account statement and current balance of $65,000. and i talked to NVC and asked them and i am using my assets and that i don't have W2 because i worked under the table ( Cash ), they told me that you should include your recent tax for your wife at the time of interview which i will and include one explanation letter which indicates that you are working on Cash that is why you don't have W2, and everything would be fine but i am still confused because if Consular asks my wife for my income and she does not have my banking statement so how would consular officer know that i am above my minimum requirement, and NVC said your documents are completed and we forward your case to Overseas.

if you are working on cash than i think when filing returns than you have to mention that income in that.. so instead of W-2 why don't you send them your IRS transcript. that will cover your total income.

Certified copies are not original documents but they would accepted it. you should not send any Original copies to them because they would not return it. they can accept your soft copies, hard copies or any certified copies.
