Hi guys, just sharing some facts. Our k3 approved 2-07, nvc to mnl sent 02-20, rcvd 02-26. thats all we know so far. fria took cfo 2 wks ago in cebu. started at 0730 in the am, finished about 430pm with an hour for lunch. all went fine. the funny part, when the counselor asked her what will be the first thing you do in the US?, instead of saying were going to disneyland or something along those lines, she told the woman that "were going fishing" guess she almost died laughing! one quick question. should she get a second nbi in her married name to go along with the other one? thx, jeff

Wow!

Congratulations to you! Manila received our package on the same day as yours. I called the Dept of State to confirm instead of Manila embassy. I really hope my Fiancee gets the appointment soon too. We are also hoping to get a May or June Interview. I already sent my evidence package and I134 package to her this week so we should be ready for the interview.

Well I will just inform everyone here if I hear anything else!

Good luck to all of us!!

Hi Everyone,

I guess Manila is pretty fast these days! We got our wish and got a May 23 interview appointment :dance:

Manila got our case last Feb. 28, 2007 just like the OP and I couldn't wait for Manila to update their website, so I called Dept of State today and I got the interview and Med info!!! Yipppeee!!

So everyone on the same timeline as us should call right now because your inteview dates might already be available.

Good Luck!!!!

oh by the way, I wrote the Dept of state # on my other post but here it is again 202 663 1225 ext 100 right away and you can give the Manila case number in order to get a status on your case.

I called the embassy number this evening that is in Sheriff Ullings signature and got ahold of a very friendly and helpful lady who told me that my petition was received there on Feb. 28. It is odd that my letter from the NVC is dated March 1st and says that my petition would be sent to Manila in the next week or so, but that doesn't matter as long as it's there. I was told that no interview date was set yet, but it could be as early as May. She told me the average wait was 100 to 120 days. I am so jazzed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try to check now this site http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3023.html now coz they have schedule for the May batch maybe u are included too, our timeline is close im just ahead of 2 days from the time NVC left. I already got my medical and interview today, hope u got yours too...goodluck!
