I have not filed my 2006 tax returns yet because my husband has to do the W7 for an ITIN number. I mean, I have the return done (done at H&R Block as married/ joint). But I need my husband's papers before I can send them off. Is this going o cause a problem at our March 19th interview? I can show them the return.

Thanks,

A. Voci

Take the return and a copy along with the W-7 so they can see your most current data. They will know that it is not yet required to have been filed. Shouldn't be a problem as I am doing the same thing for our April 12 interview.

Ok, thanks.. I figured as much since I already sent in (with packet 3) my last 3 years of taxes. I actually didn't even think they'd need the 2006 (since we don't have to file until April.

Thanks
