Advanced Parole Question

When advanced parole is granted, does that allow for multiple trips outside of the US while waiting for the green card? Or just one? I just got NOA2 for the K-1, so I have a long way to go, but just trying to gather info and be prepared. Thanks!

It's multiple entry, but don't over do it with the trips. You're supposed to be an immigrant so most of your time is supposed to be spent in the US. If you have to be out of the country often for extended periods, when you get your green card. apply for a reentry permit.

Okay, thank you! So, a week or two twice a year would be okay? Or is it better to have one big trip, say of one month, once a year?

While traveling on AP or resident card, you want to keep trips out of the U.S. less than 6 months and spend more time in the U.S. than overseas. It doesn't mean you can't have a long vacation outside for a month or so. Of course you can have multiple trips in a year, you just want to make sure you're overall spending majority of your time in the U.S.
