Do u mind me asking who you are petitioning? I'm petitioning my wife and 2 daughters and I was just wondering if you can share your experience during the medical recently at SLEC.

I am the one being petitioned bro.

I went to SLEC last March 9-10. Day 1 I was there at 430am and I was #18 on the line already but it's best to go that early so you'll be finish early as well.

Things done were xray, physical exam, eye exam, taking of height and weight,blood extraction, and last is the immunization interview. I finished everything at 9am. My advise is for every floor they go to, immediately approach anyone in the front desk so they know where to wait or line up. Bring water and some snack you can hide in your back coz you can't eat inside. I actually brought sandwich which I ate in the CR haha.

2nd day I went there early as well around 5am. I think I was 15th in the line which is a separate line from those who are on their day 1 schedule. They'll let you in around 6am, bring your receipt. The guard's going to ask for it and enter the receipt # i think in the computer to check if you're for immunization or sputum test. Pray you don't get the sputum test because it'll delay your interview. The guard will send you to the 2nd floor if you're for immunization. I waited around 2.5hrs there before I got my injections. I dont know how they queue the people in there. After the injections you just wait in the ground floor to get your packet and some final instructions. I finished around 930am. That's it. Let me know if you have any other questions.

The doctors will examine the XRAY you had on your first day. You'll know if you'll need to go through sputum test on the 2nd medical day at SLEC. The guard will check your record in the computer and if it says for sputum test then you have to go through it and it'll delay your interview for a couple of months. You actually can't avoid it especially if you have past TB problems I think. Just hope for the best.
