@Sana1095 any update on your Visa? My fiance was last updated on the 18th of March and it still says refused.

How long does AP take? I know someone whose spouse has been on AP for almost 3 years for fiancé visa.

They could have got married during this time....

How would that impact the case? Interview is already done and case has been put on AP. Congressman and senator have also been involved but all they do is pretty much provide the status.

That's great , when was your fiencie interview? Did you send the embassy a email or call them? In the past few weeks
