Our case updated on Nov. 19th, but still in AP. It technically has only been 5 working days since submission of the questionnaire. Still praying for a quick response. Seems like they always update on Tuesdays.

Yeah mine was same it stays in AP but case update date changes frequently and i got mine in 12 days.

Praying for the both of us! It has been 2 weeks today since we submitted the questionnaire. Hoping to hear from them soon InshaAllah. Such a hectic waiting game...

You got an approval after 12 days in AP? or 12 days after submitting the answers to the questionnaire?

12 days after interview. Update on your case it good sign in the sense of that it's not left abandoned they working on it. Good luck.

Thanks!.. Keep praying. Inshallah you will get some good news soon. I spoke to someone else as well about the questionnaire. An insider, and was told that the questionnaire is a formality. They don't even look at it. Most likely visa is already issued and they are awaiting the background check results to officially attach it to your file and send your passport out. I hope that's it!

My fiancée had his interview at the embassy in Islamabad 3 weeks back and the CO said congrats and that we would be receiving an email with a questionnaire that same day of the interview. But we didn’t get it then and we just got an email saying refusal under 221g pending the following questionnaire. We submitted that just now. The status is still in AP and date changed to today.
Should we be worried or is this kinda normal?

I have been waiting for last 2 years now.given green confirmation then got 221g replied the same day and since then the status shows Administrative process.

Can anybody help or suggest anything

Regards

2 years is a very long time for a 221g. Are you working with an attorney?

I had interview done on October 21 2019 and they gave her white slip with nothing mark on it . but in general requirement in passport officer wrote need passport with surname. I submitted my correct passport and embassy received it on Nov 12 2019. It been a month since the interview and almost 3 week since passport submitted. I check status online it been saying in Administrative processing since then.  Why is it taking so long to heard back about the case. How long does it take to heard back from embassy.
