In AP after interview. Got email from islamabad embassy

It had questions related to my social.media handles previous home addresses etc.. I filled it and sent it back in November... Still there is no news.. I think my medical has expired too.. Because medicl gets expired after 6 months... Waiting for the miracle to happen.

Co asked for DNA and we provided on 10 april.

Case updated on 13 april, 11 may, 29 june 2018.

But still showing AP. Its been more than 3 months now.

We have not met our father for 18 years.

I dont know how much more time this AP ll take.

Ohh! What's your visa category plz tell... Why they asked for DNA? When was your interview and did they approve your visa at that time or they said that it needs further processing

My father put our cases for immigration.

She accepted all documents and interviewed us. But she asked for DNA of one of my younger sister. Because of her she put our cases in AP as well. She said that just provide my sister's DNA n then she will issue visas for all of us.we are 4 family members here.our interview was on 14 march. We went through the process of DNA and LAB sent the result on 10 april.

I went embassy Islamabad yesterday give me 221g ticked on administrative process and highlights economic solvency part passport not returned nothing was asked from me for relationship or sponsorship didn't say anything for further communication or to upload or send anything just a white slip so confused case status on ceac showing refused any help please please some information

Administrative processing can take a long time. Did anyone get their visa after being put on Administrative Processing? And for how long?

Don't be depressed. Most likely they need to do background check on you. That's why AP is checked. They also need to calculate if your sponsor makes enough money and that's why evidence of economic solvency is checked. The CO should have explained you a little. Positive thing is that they kept your passport. Ask your petitioner to call NVC or email embassy and explain what you all need to go through the process.
