Faisal i have a question for general knowledge that if a couple file k-1 visa and mid of k-1 process they met again and get married so are they still eligible for k-1 visa or they have to file i-130 k-3 visa from beginning

If they are married they are not eligible for a K1 visa, they need to withdraw the K1 petition and apply for a CR1 visa

in order to apply to chase a K3 you need to first submit everything for a CR1, it can delay processing of the CR1 and on the very rare chance the K3 is approved it is a subpar visa comparatively

Please do some research on this topic

as I said in order to chase a K3 you need to already file everything for a CR1 visa, which is what you will be granted, processing times for K3 and CR1 are essentially the same

since it seems you are married you are not eligible for a K1 visa, you need to withdraw that petition and refile as a CR1, continuing to pursue a K1 is fraud
