Children with pending K2s need to travel to US - please help me prepare info for Border Patrol

Just to update this:

My daughters have been with us here in the US for about a month now. We have been homeschooling using library books (using my husband's card) and free websites, so they never enrolled in school but they're still getting an education. Their interview is booked as is the medical, for which they will return to our home country in a few weeks (well within the ESTA 90 day limit). Getting through CBP was a challenge but eventually they were allowed in. The officer called my husband twice with questions about me, and even called my ex, but all the information given matched the paperwork my daughters had (copies of my visa, GC, stuff like that). After about 2 hours in secondary, they were finally taken to my husband. Quite the experience! :)

02/14/2014 - Case shipped to Embassy, where it waited for over a year at my request                                 11/07/2015 - AOS approved (EAD and AP had already been approved) - there was no interview

05/21/2015 - Interview - Approved

The N-400 journey:

02/02/2021 - Interview & test - Approved

02/05/2021 - Oath Ceremony

Then you have a problem. Book the children's return tickets and then book a ticket for your newborn when they are born. You're really going to take a newborn on a plane trip?

Thanks for the update!

Next time you go to the library, ask about home schooling clubs- many of my friends who home school meet at the library to socialise and for parents to teach subjects they are good at :) Museums and other local attractions also have home schooling days. But then, homeschooling is very popular around here.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Oh, I know! We've actually had a lot of help with suggestions - everyone in my husband's family was either homeschooled or is homeschooling. The two reasons why we didn't delve deeper into it was a) the language barrier, seeing as they're still working on their english, and b) they want to try regular school once they enter the country with their K2s.

It's been a long long journey to get them here, but it is finally over.
