If your families know you are engaged, realistically USCIS is just going to look at photos of them. No one is going to call them and ask "are they engaged or married?" But it may help to get letter (affidavits) from your family members saying they know you as a couple and its a real relationship. It would be weird if they talk about the engagement and not marriage.

The other proof you have looks good. Keep going and documenting everything you can. It is a big age difference but USCIS can't discriminate on age. You just need proof to overcome the red flag of the age difference.

I doubt that the fact that you won't be able to have kids because your wife is "too old" will be that big of a deal to USCIS. Lots of people make an active choice not to have kids. I've known my whole life that I didn't wanna have kids and everyone kept telling me to wait till I'm older, wait till I find the right person etc etc.... I'm now 40, married to the love of my life and guess what... Still don't want kids. :) The question might come up at your interview though, so you're gonna want to prepare for it.

I think the biggest hurdle for you to overcome will be the fact that her family doesn't know that you're married. That might be a deal breaker for USCIS so I would suggest she tells her family and then you have that "issue" out of the way.

I would also think that with the age difference you have, US immigrations will be looking more closely at your bona fida evidence. But you seem to have a lot there with joint accounts, insurance etc. How about wills and life insurance? Maybe you wanna look into that too.

Speaking from experience, when you have a couple that's outside the norm, like you and your wife and like me and my husband, they will look at your case more closely and they will be wanting stronger bona fida evidence than they would normally want from the "normal" couple. Is that unfair? Sure it is but it's the way it is so you might as well prepare for it.

Hey i am just wondering how you guys are outside the norm? what makes you guys different? He is from Sweden so I would not consider that outside the norm as any 1st world (VWP) country are low fraud countries which helps adjust.

If your marriage is a genuine union of mutual love, you should have nothing to be afraid of. Remember USCIS is their to eliminate fraud marriages but not sophisticated ones. You may need to work extra hard on gathering more evidences to make your argument more persuasive and that's it. No matter how big your age difference is, whether you can have kids or not, those are your personal businesses and can not be a reason for the USCIS to deny your case. Come on people, just because this case seems "unusual" doesn't mean they should give up and start thinking about moving back to Turkey. If you don't know how to fight for your rights, justice can't be with you no matter where you live. Wish you all the best!
