Where are you currently located and where is your wife? I'm confused as to which stage of the process you are at.

It seems the OP is married but the wife has not told her family because of her previous marriages falling apart. But I am not sure what is the question. Big age difference is a red flag, yes. But you should have plenty of evidence to show your marriage is real and be prepared they might separate you during interview and ask questions to make sure it's a real marriage

They sure can. Depends on your case.

The immigration process caused me PTSD.

So what am i gonna do?.. How is she gonna move to my country?.. We don't have any chance to stay together? You mean that?..

No I dont mean that at all. You asked if they can deny you and I said yes they can. What you can do is to gather every evidence you have to prove your marriage your marriage is real.

The immigration process caused me PTSD.

Were her three previous marriages to foreign men? It might look suspicious if she has married foreign men before and then divorced them when they've got their green cards.

You must love her a lot as you have given up the chance to be a father. At 53 she's not going to be giving you children. Therefore I would think you should have tonnes of evidence of how besotted and committed you both are. So you have pictures of you and her family? That's good.

So 21 year old Turkish guy married to a 43 year old American girl, definitely be prepared for some extra scrutiny, it is NOT normal for a Turkish man to marry a woman more than 2x his age especially if you do not have similar cultural and religious backgrounds. Could you be approved sure, could you be denied sure, the main thing is to be prepared to present evidence that you are in a bona fide relationship and be prepared for all sorts of questions including ones pertaining to children. And if you are denied-I hear Turkey is a pretty great place.
