Hi everyone!

I currently make over $100k and with my I-864 I'm sending in my most recent tax transcript (2014), 2014 W2s, 2015 W2s (I haven't done my 2015 taxes yet since I haven't received all my forms/statements), employer letter and last 3 paystubs. Is this sufficient to not receive an RFE as I'm not planning on including my 2012 and 2013 tax returns since they are Optional?

7/13/18 - NOA (I-797) notice date

7/17/18 - $680 check cashed

7/20/18 - NOA (I-797) received

3/11/19 - Biometrics reused

6/4/19 - Case transferred to Potomac Service Center  

10/9/19 - New Card Is Being Produced / Approved

10/11/19 - Card Was Mailed To Me

10/12/19 - Approval Notice received

10/17/19 - 10-yr Green Card received

With USCIS you can never be sure what they will RFE for, they often lose documents and then act like they never got them. But everything you are planning to submit it excellent.

07.24.2015- RFE :ranting:

08.13.2015- USCIS accepted RFE response

09.08.2015- EAD received

Waiting for the interview :clock:

12.19.2015 WE GOT THE GREEN CARD IN THE MAIL!!!!! No interview :)

11.02.2017- Received NOA dated 10.26.2017

11.29.17- Completed Biometrics
