K1, Affidavit of support, question 9

Hi Everyone,

I have a question, I was rejected a b2 visa and now we are at the embassy stage with our k1. I was rejected for a reason of "I might stay" 214(b), totally understandable.

I went there with affidavit of support from my fiancé (not at the time).

They however didn't take the document, the CO only took a brief look at it.

The K1 requires affidavit to be submitted, what to do with the question 9 , it goes

"I have previously submitted affidavit(s) of support for the following person(s). If none, state None"

So my question is what to do with this, should my fiancé go with None, or write down my name?

This is the only affidavit she wrote, no other persons.

Thank You for Your time!!!!!

None, it would be Yes if that visa had been approved.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
