Hello Visa Journey Friends,

We received the I-797C with Received Date of 12/11/2015 and Notice Date of 12/24/15 for my Wife's AOS Application.

We also received the same notice for her I-765.

As of now we have not received any Biometrics Appoinment for her which is kind of irritating.

Her case is being worked on by MSC.

I tried calling Customer Service but they cannot release any information to the petitioner, so later we will call again with her beside me.

Anyone experiencing this kind of delay...

Thanks...

~Moved from Fam.-based AOS to Fam.-based AOS Progress Forum~

~Inquiry about case status~

(mod hat off)

Yep, that sounds a lot like the experience of numerous folks here at the AOS Progress Forum, just read some of the posting in the monthly threads. You will likely hear something soon, EAD/AP (I-765/I-131) combo cards have been typically processed in 30-90 days. Today's (9 Feb 2016) Igor stats says USCIS is processing those apps. received on 23 Nov 2015. http://www.visajourney.com/content/times

Time to sit back and relax.... :clock: too much can make a person go crazy.....

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
