I don't have a letter from my lady's employer, this has just freaked me out a little!!!

Do have her tax return (2014), W2, bank statement and a wage slip, would think that's enough?

Andy, I have pretty much the same proof as you do, and my interview is a week after yours, fingers crossed it all goes well for you, would put me a little more at ease coming up to mine! Can't help but worry in the run up, but I'm sure it'll be fine :)

YES. Why the freak out?

If you wanted chocolate and somebody offered you four chocolate bars, you might say "I'll take the Cadbury's". Does that mean if they didn't have Cadbury's you would send them away? Or would you take the Galaxy? They are all chocolate.

It's getting close to my day and everything is setting my mind off, all good fun apparently haha.

Love the example :)

Example is because the chocolate in our pantry is calling out to me I think......:P

Husband brought giant bars of Cadbury, Galaxy, and many packs of Crunchie bars home from England last month. I love Crunchie. The milk chocolate bar with Crunchie pieces is long gone. That was new to me.

Haha i'm thinking of stocking up on the good stuff like all of that ;)

One final thing on this AOS, my lady doesn't really have any savings apart from over $2000 which has been written down in her checking account, until another $6000+ goes in for her taxes. Is that likely to cause any problems? She does earn over $25,000 a year and has a partial dependent.

Those last minute nerves are getting the best of me now

$25k income qualifies. If she made $15k income, then she might have to look to savings to make up a shortfall. But she has no shortfall so no need to list or show her bank balance rally because she already qualified on income. Prove $25k income.
