Hi there.

I've been stuck on this question and I have no idea as to how to answer it:

The beneficiary (me) Currently lives in Canada, Ontario, St.Catharines ...

Where would the American Embassy or Consulate be located at, where I would be applying for my visa abroad?

Or, how do I go about finding this information?

There are only two in Canada, Vancouver and Montreal, that do K1 visas.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Be sure that you fill out the correct form. You title says "I-129."

Form I-129 = Petition for Nonimmigrant Worker

Form I-129F = Petition for Alien Fiance(e) K1
