Here's a question... must one get "touched" to know it is being sent to NVC? I ask because I got my NOA2 on the 28th of February, but since then no action or changes to my case (i.e. no touches). I have tried to call NVC, but not able to get through yet. Will try again this week.

Touches are updated by a computer (which works 24/7 week), the file may have been worked on Friday, but the computer didn't send out the "touch" email until Sunday.

You usually get one or two other touches right after your touch for the NOA2 approval. Once the NVC sends out your petition to the Embassy, you will received a letter from the NVC letting you know that they have forwarded it accordingly.

I'd try to call the NVC to see where your petition is. Petitions don't tend to stay at the NVC for long....
