How long from NVC arrival of K-1 to Transit?

How long does it take for K-1 Package or I-129F once approved at USCIS, to be processed at (NVC) National Visa Center before they forward it to Manila Embassy? Ours arrived at NVC on February 5, 2016.

1. When should we expect to see "AT NVC" Status on CEAC Status tracker change to "IN TRANSIT" ???
   
2. Currently how long has it been taking for NVC after receiving I-129F from USCIS to mail petitioner the NVC Letter???

mine took 18 days !!

Your K-1 petition will remain at the NVC for a very short time, a matter of days.

Don't wait for the NVC letter. If you want to get things rolling much faster, start calling the NVC every day until they give you your MNL case number.

Once you have your MNL case number, you can pay the visa application fee, schedule an interview, and complete the medical.

In the meantime, study up on the K-1 interview preparation instructions from the U.S. Embassy Manila's web site:

Hey, just wanted to ask if I can now proceed in scheduling my interview even though I have not received any instruction yet? Btw, our CEAC status is now ready and i've already paid the visa fee.

My status says Ready but i don't know if my embassy received my case ?

Thank you I called my embassy received my file(case) on March 29th and I received the package 3 today ??????
