My brother received a notice of decision today for his wife and step children( K1 and K2)stating your application to register permanent residence or adjustment of status was denied due to not responding in time to the REF(copy of 2014 tax form) that was sent. we need to filed a motion to reopen the case and it stating that we have to pay a fee of $630.

My question is

1, do we have to pay $630 for each one k1 and k2

2, what should be on the motion.

need help so bad

Umm, motion to reopen is not going to work. If he hasn't responded to the RFE in allotted time they rightfully denied the applications. He needs to start all over with AOS.
