So I will check the separated even though I don't have a legal separation paper? I don't have a legal separation paper, and we are not divorce, but we are physically separated for almost 8 years. Am thinking to check the separated box because that is the truth that we are seperated. I don't want to check married because married for me is livi ng together in 1 roof. And yes we are seperated but not legally seperated. I am so confused.

Yes check separated. Also just a thought, get a divorce, or legal separation...

do i need to have a Divorce Decree from his past marriages? some VJ member said that bring the prior Divorce decree from his marriages just incase Officer will ask the document. problem is i know for a fact that he will not let me have the said document. because he told me that he will not help me to have my citizenship.... i am so ready to get this done... please give me some advice
