Forum,

Check out this link: https://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-processes-and-procedures/visa-availability-priority-dates/visa-retrogression

Maybe old information to some people but it seems like Visa Allocation is being slow due to end of fiscal year. Oct 1 is when it would be back up with Visa Availability and things will probably moving faster.

Keep up, relax, and enjoy that our cases have been completed! Interview Letter will come.

Regards,

TrauCon

NVC representative rarely give out any information before it published. They mostly give out information that already made ready available in question such as Cutoff date.

I checked the Visa Bulletin and it is still showing July at 15Nov, and no information yet on August.

I hope not retrogression. There is a great chance. I am not saying that it is not retrogression, but I want to see it officially before taking it as a fact.

Best wishes.

07-27 is not current, maybe you'd get an IL later this year or early next month

IL as in Interview Letter? Later this year or early next month? lol.. you're dreaming. Wake up.

I would say around early mid next year (May/June 2017) is when you can expect Interview Letter for Priority Date of July 2015.

Best wishes.

I just call the nvc and they told that the first of year it will be current or maybe by the end of this year.

Lets give you some facts: July 2016 is PD of Nov 15th 2014. With August and Sept are going to be 1 more 2 weeks movement.

Just dont put up your hope too high with end of year or early next year since Oct, Nov Dec are not going to reach to PD of July 2015.

My PD is March 2015. I want to believe what you and other here said is true since that will make my interview come sooner (my PD is before yours). However, I am guessing that my PD will become current around Jan/Feb 2016.

I know it can be stressful, but with setting the right expectation it is going to help emotionally. Just my 2 cents.
