Hi guys

I am so thankful to God I finally got an interview date for March 8.

Can anyone give me an idea of the kind of interview qusetions that they ask for visas where a sister is filing for her sister?

1st Question Who is filing for you?

2. Where does your sister work and Live?

3. who filed for your sister and how long has she been in the states

3.If you had a visitors visa before , they might ask when you visit the states do you stay with her.

4>. Is your sister married ? what kind of work her husband does.

5. How many people lives with your sister

that is basic question they ask.

Hubby had his interview today. He arrived at 8am and was out by 10 am. VISA NOT APPROVED. His Visa is on a temporary hold pending a police certificate from Cayman Islands. :ranting::ranting::ranting::ranting::ranting: . They told him that because of his length of stay in Cayman they will need it. Here is our confusion. In order to get the police certificate, Cayman needs copies of his work permit from his expired passport (which we have) and copies from his current passport :ranting::ranting::ranting::ranting::ranting: The U.S. Embassy held on to his passport. We feel stuck. Has anyone here gone through anything like this? :crying::crying::crying::crying::crying: Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm sure this will all pan out, but we are just frustrated and worried. Best news is that they told him as soon as they get it he will be approved. :dancing::dancing::dancing:

Has anyone had to mail documents back to the embassy? The embassy requested another police certificate and on the back of the form with the request it clearly states that if we sign up with DHL there is no charge for sending documents to the embassy, or for sending his visa to him. BUT when my husband went to DHL to inquire about sending documents to the embassy, he was told that he needs to send it from a different DHL location and a fee is required. Does anyone have an email address for the embassy, or how can I contact them?
