Is filing 30 days before 2nd anniversary date too late?

My GC expires May 6th so I can start sending my petition to remove the conditions at any time now, but I want to include as much evidence as possible and my husband always has his accountant file our tax returns in March. So far for evidence of our relationship, I have a copy of our health insurance cards, I'm waiting on our tax return transcript from the year before and I will probably include our joint bank account information and some photos. I was thinking of waiting until we file our joint tax return in March so I have more evidence to include with my petition (then I would be sending it out beginning of April). Do you think I already have enough evidence if I don't include that or should I wait? Is 30 days cutting it close? We don't have a lease or mortgage to prove as we live with his family at the moment but I could also include affidavits if the other evidence isn't enough.

30 days before the 2nd anniversary is fine. But it looks like you need more evidence than what you mentioned.

We use telephone bills affidavits from Friends family and my work. We also show our bank account any credit cards. Anything we possible could think of Anniversary cards, Christmas Cards. Congratulations on your marriage cards, friends emails anything like that help us out. We also lived with my family for a few years too.

Okay so I've added Christmas cards so this is what I have:

Copy of Health Insurance Cards

Joint Bank Account Statement (don't have this yet but the bank should be able to give me one, it's a fairly new account)

Joint Tax Return Transcript of 2014 (will have this by next week) and then I'll have another one for 2015 in March

Copy of Christmas cards from friends and family

Copy of Amtrak tickets from vacations we have taken with our names on it

I will include photos, too

I will include some affidavits, too

We currently have a family phone plan under his mom's name I think so I'm not sure if my name is on it (as my phone was a birthday gift)

You need documents with dates covering the full two years since you got the greencard like joint bank account statements from 2014, 2015, 2016. Same with insurance cards, leases, beneficiary documents, tax returns, joint phone bills. All new evidence dated recently can get you an RFE.

Photo's, Letters, anniversary cards etc are not needed or required at this stage. All they are interested in is co-mingling finances. Nothing more, nothing less. Photo's, cards and letters are secondary evidence and are often used to support a weak application that holds little evidence of what is really required. Just stick with bank statements, joint lease, joint tax returns, joint credit cards, joint health insurance, joint car polices and insurance.... anything of that nature that you can possibly think of.
