hey guys!!

so I got my first job in USA. I still have a conditional green card.

I'm under my husband's health care but my health care provider is better so my question is: can get the health insurance my company is providing and add my husband on my insurance? or no because of immigration purposes?

No. The only issues you have with immigration is using federal and some state means tested benefits. You're using health insurance that is employer provided. As long as you qualify, there are no issues.

What immigration issues do you have that you think it would be a problem?

Because my green card has conditions so maybe only my husband can provide those kind of things

The condition on the green card is that you have to prove you're living in genuine marriage or entered into the marriage in good faith after 2 years. Otherwise he has all the same rights as a 10 year green card holder.

It changes a bit after 5 years because no matter what, you become eligible for citizenship at that time.
