Yes correct , I-130 one G-325 A from Beneficiary and one G-325 A from Petitioner, with 2x2 passport size photos of both petitioner and beneficiary.

Then I-485 one G-325 A from Beneficiary, just enclose 2 pcs of 2x2 passport sized photos . Yes, print separately for I-I30 and I-485. To understand all the forms I suggest you also review the Form instructions provided in the USCIS website.

Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR)

Any person not a citizen of the United States who is residing the in the U.S. under legally recognized and lawfully recorded permanent residence as an immigrant. Also known as "Permanent Resident Alien," "Resident Alien Permit Holder," and "Green Card Holder."

REF: https://www.uscis.gov/tools/glossary/lawful-permanent-resident-lpr#

You are seeking one and the same thing. A Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) should have a valid Form I-551, Green Card (GC) in their possession.

Good luck on your immigration journey.
