If I-130 , the applicant is the petitioner ( USC) , in I-485 the beneficiary is the applicant ( Foreign spouse). I-131, I-765 is included in this packet so the beneficary signs it, except for the I-864 Affidavit of Support , the petitioner signs it. Hope these info helps.

what about who signs forms G-325a,and who is applicant in the place it asks applicant name?is the USC an applicant in one form and foreigner applicant in the other form?

In I-130 applicant is the petitioner , which is the USC , in I-485 the applicant is the beneficiary. So if you are in the I-485, the beneficiary ( foreign spouse) signs the G-325a, In I-130, the petitioner and beneficiary has to sign each one of the G 325A which corresponding information asked. It is really clear, just focus first on each form after you are done with I-130 then you proceed to I-485 so you dont get mixed up.

hi

you don't add your wife if she is the beneficiary, there is already a box for the beneficiary, and you can't add a person twice, so you leave the box for spouse empty

the addition will be 3 not 4

If you took the TB test then you have to go back to the clinic on the 3rd day as they will check the area where they injected as the result will come out that day. You have to sign where they ask you to sign and make sure that all the information are there and the the doctor signed it before they seal it. In my case, I checked all the details one by one before they sealed it. Actually all the forms are somewhat self explanatory.
