G-325

I-693

I-864

I-765

I don't reaaly need I-131

My marriage certificate did not change my last name...it came with my maiden.I would like to change my last name to my husband last name. I have changed my last name in my passport.

1,while filing these forms should I use my husband last name then use my maiden name on space on ther names used? Then provide name change in the passport and marriage certificate?

2.In I-765 ,It asks,I am applying for?Permission to accept employment or renew of permission to accept employment. And then they say attach a copy of your previous employment authorization.

My social security was valid for work only it has expired and I don't work anymore.and it got lost!

What should I pick?

Thanks everyone really appreciate your help.

lets say you are on expired visa b2 visa you got married here in the us by American citizen, and you dint file for greencard you waited after 7yrs later, why no reason just being lazy, yes you have been married all that time and even have a child together...is it a big deal will they question you why you waiting all this time?and when you get greencard how many years do they give someone of this case?Does that green card expire?

Most likely they will not question you. Overstay is forgiven if adjusting based on a marriage to USC. You've been married for more than 2 years, so you'll receive a 10-year green card. Yes, the green card will expire after 10 years -- you can however, apply for citizenship after 5 years.

^^Yes, you'll have the option of applying for citizenship after 3 years if you want since you're married a USC. Along with it though means providing more financial/marriage related documentation.

In my case I was a K1 and been here in the US since 2011 got married within 90 days to my husband and we just applied my AOS last year.I got interviewed and the very 1st thing the officer asked me was,why it took us so long to do the AOS.Told him the reason and that was it..very easy..Just tell the truth and you are good to go.Got approved on the spot and received 10 yr GC.And the officer said I can apply citizenship after 3 years.Goodluck.
