Hi all,

We’re just filling in the I-134 for a K-1 visa
On the form, there is a section reading: "I derive an annual income of:”. Next to this we have put her annual income which is higher than the poverty guidelines.
Given that we exceed the poverty guideline based on income, do we need to fill in the rest of the section where it reads "I have on deposit in savings banks in the United States: I have other personal property, the reasonable value of which is; I have stocks and bonds with the following market value, as indicated on the attached list, which I certify to be true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief; I have life insurance in the sum of: With a cash surrender value of; I own real estate valued at; etc.
Or should we leave those blank?
Simon.

Hello I have a question instead of reply but it is still on the subject. If the required tax form is from last year or the past three years then when does the I-134 or the I-184 Forms have to be signed? And what if you get laid off from that job and get a new job in 2016?

Just before you send it to the beneficiary prior to the interview.

And what if you get laid off from that job and get a new job in 2016?

Then show proof of that new job and it's annual income. Pay summaries and employer letter are best.
