RFE - Need Help

1) "additional evidence is required to establish the qualifying relationship". I mailed an explanation of our relationship, pics with my mom, emails, me asking for time off work, ECT. We didn't have a ring then but I do now and we didn't tell anyone online or on her side cuz she was waiting for a ring. I am having my mom submit a notarized statement, what else can I submit?

2) apparently I didn't answer if I had been convicted of a crime. I haven't, I think this is b.s. Due to the fact that part of the chat log I submitted mentioned my family had criminals. They're horrible people but I don't talk to them and I've never committed a crime. Do I resubmit the form or simply sign the form they provided?

Also, I'm at the California service center. Is there an address I can overnight the info to?

1) Sounds like you submitted a lot of secondary evidence. What about time spent together? Focus your evidence on that.

2) Regardless, you need to check that little box. BS or not, we all have to do it

Be sure to include copies of your passport stamps, her stamps if she has any, boarding passes, hotel receipts, anything that is date and time stamped that can place the two of you together. That's the relationship evidence that they want. The other stuff is good for evidence of a real relationship. Good luck

They didn't say that we have to prove we had met, we have met. We have to say that it's an actual relationship which isn't even a requirement.

Experienced people are telling you what to submit because we know that is what USCIS wants to see. What do you do when you are in a relationship? You spend time with that person, it is logical for them to ask for evidence of time spent together. You can either submit what we suggest, submit what YOU think they want to see, or continue to complain about the process.
