AOS q's for IV (unemployed)

Hi again guys!
So we got our I-130 approved. We filed on the 28th January (DCF) and they called us yesterday to say it was approved. We are waiting for the packet of instructions to come in the mail.

What comes next? I know we gather more papers, and then what?? Medical? When will the interview be?

My husband (USC) is unemployed and has been for the last 10 years. However he has a lot of cash in the bank, over $35K.
I assume this is not enough for him to be a sole sponsor, correct?
Household size is 5, but two of the kids are step-kids. So household size goes like this: For my I-130, Him, Me our daughter = 3
For my son (his step-son): Me, him, daughter, step-son = 4

For my 2nd son: Same, 4

My father in law will step in as a joint sponsor. It's him and his wife, so two. They are both pensioners but have a LOT of assets...
Can someone please tell me if this is enough?
Can someone please calculate how much cash my father in law should have (or assets that can be liquefied) to sponsor us?
I am 99% sure we are ok, but still.

Lastly, PLEASE explain to me in plain English exactly what paper evidence (documents etc) we need to present to support the AOS??
What document evidence for my husband (USC) and which documents from my father in law (he files WITH my mother in law so no separate one needed, right?)
