As someone mentioned - and to be clear - if you fill out the form on your computer, you just need to fill out the first page and the other 3 fill themselves automatically. Yes, it is filled out in conneciton with "I-129F (Fiance)" (for the K1, spouse if it's K3).

The G325A cannot be saved on your computer (the I-129F can) , but again, the fact that it fills itself out makes it not such a big deal.

And in the grand scheme of this process - filling out a form in quadruplicate is THE LEAST ridiculous part of the process.

I was able to save mine and Jacki's entries on the G-325A forms to my hard drive without a problem. I filled out her information for her, emailed her the saved file, let her review it (she suggested many changes and/or error corrections), and when we finally had it right, she signed them and mailed 'em off to me. By having the pre-filled documents saved, we can use that for our later paperwork after she gets here...with just a few changes. Maybe I had better luck with the G-325A saving thing because I have Adobe Acrobat Professional here instead of the usual Reader software. Dunno.

Thanks A LOT Turboguy for your swift response, but in the example provided by the website, they used different answers to the question "this form is submitted in connection with an application for?" while I think the answer should always be "I-129F petition", what do you think?

Hi Sarassine. The G-325A is submitted at various stages of the visa process. You send it in with the I-129F, and then with the AOS following your marriage to the US citizen. It is also used for other types of visas, among other things, so that is why you will see the "connection" option on the form.

I'm gonna receive a RFE for the G-325A's I submitted. I didn't spot the difference at the bottom of the pages! I thought all pages were the same thing. :bonk: I'm in luck though! My fiancee has signed new G-325A's with corrections and they will be brought over at the end of this week with a guy who's seeing her friend! I'll be ready when the RFE arrives!

Thanks EVERYBODY, I can see why I should fill out the 4 pages, but why my answer should be different in some of them as long as I'm applying ONLY for "I-129F petition" and NOT "Naturalization" ???

That is an ERROR in the Example Form, or a trap to make sure you are still thinking, and filling in your own information.

Congratulations, either way. :)

Shoot I have oatmeal for brains, I wrote Fiance Visa LOL.....

sarassine,

Because the form has not been kept up with the times and has become obsolescent. The information used to be sent to the different locations that needed it on paper. These days the information is sent electronically, but the 4 pieces of paper remain.

Dear friends,

Probably this is a silly a question, but it's really confusing me. WHY SHOULD WE FILL OUT 4 PAGES OF G-325A ALTHOUGH THERE ARE EXACTLY THE SAME INFORMATION IN ALL OF THEM??? I mean, filling out one of those 4 pages is enough I thought. Acording to this very helpful website, I knew that I have to fill out the 4 of them, but I need to know WHY Plzzzzz

Thanks in advance ladies and gentelmen,

Sarassine

Or not. It probably does not make all that much difference.

One thing I remember though (that example error reminded me).. do check through any auto-fill verisons of this form. The one I used back in the stone age changed genders on pages 2-3-4. Maybe that Natz error is the same kind of thing.

I-129f/Fiance visa--same difference. There is not just ONE way to complete most forms.

I remember the older versions of adobe did not autofill the other pages. Make sure you have the latest version. It's also a good idea to have some sort of pdf printers available free on the web. that way you can save the pdf and send it to your fiance through email. I've already sent most of my NOA1 packet to my fiance via email because when I scan everything, I save it to my PC in pdf format. It's a good idea for my fiance to have a copy of all necessary copies, and if she needs originals, then I can send those without sending everything else.
