Unless originals were sent to the NVC you need original signatures at interview. Any tax returns or transcripts can be photocopies.

In reality the US doesnt give out "original" w2s like other countries do for their tax docs. I've recieved an email every year and printed them off. Hubs gets something more official looking but its still not what I'd call an original.

Just my opinion, I would bring all the originals and at least 2 copies of each. This way you are able to satisfy the requirement to bring originals and offer a copy of each.
